I work with businesses at the start of the project cycle providing technical advice and collecting and refining business requirements, through to the design, prototyping and implementation of complex systems.
I work within industry standard frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, PRINCE2 and Agile Development methodologies like Scrum, to help shape the technical direction of the business to meet their strategic goals. I work with a variety of business and technical teams to develop and design long term strategy and technical documentation for executive level decision makers. I also develop prototypes and proof of concept solutions leveraging cloud service platforms such as Azure. Examples where I have been the technical lead in developing the strategy and design include:
- An identity and access management platform
- A child services and youth justice application platform
- A print and imaging as a service transformation
I have also been a key contributor to in organizational strategies for:
